Hammer of Virtue Striking Down Next Month

Hammer of Virtue from developer No Pest Productions will launch on PC via Steam on Monday 7 August 2023.

Make humanity safe from cybernetically enhanced animals by donning armour and wielding an enormous hammer! Engage in engaging melee combat with timed directional blocks, strikes, and parries that send enemies flying across stages and into destructible environments. Create chaos by toppling buildings, bowling robotic raptors into each other, or turning trees into makeshift cannonballs!

Fight your way through over 20 stages set in abandoned neighbourhoods and construction sites, dodging monkey attacks armed with swords, landing crushing uppercuts to send enemies flying backwards, avoiding fearsome armoured bears before unleashing deadly counterattacks and using steel beams, barrels, or billboards for cover as you use steel objects like steel beams or barrels to gain the upper hand and outwit enemies that approach.

Come alongside your friends in 10 different split-screen couch co-op maps – but watch out for friendly fire! Turn co-op partners into weapons of mass destruction with well-timed strikes, or turn a friendly into an enemy using deathmatches where each player has control of their own army to see who has the mightiest arsenal!

Hammer of Virtue will launch for Windows PCs via Steam on Monday, 7 August 2023 for $19.99 and offers English, Japanese, Korean, German, Spanish and Brazilian Portuguese language support. A PlayStation 5 version will become available sometime after 2024.
