Deadpool as a character is known for breaking the fourth wall and even in the movies, he often talks to viewers directly. He does the same in the game as well. Deadpool understands that he is a comic book character and tends to talk to players.

Metal Gear as a franchise has its fourth-wall-breaking moments but the best moment is in Metal Gear Solid when players encounter the Psycho Mantis. It is worth mentioning that this is a very old game that was released on the PS1. The controller vibrated according to the Psycho Mantis’s gestures and you had to plug in the controller in the second port. Psycho Mantis was also coded to respond to the save date on your memory card and responded to the game that you had played.

While progressing through the Scarecrow’s nightmare area, static appears on the screen and it seems as if the game is bugged. Then it seems that the game has restarted and then you see Joker taking Batman to Arkham. This moment was very well executed and made the player confused yet pleasantly surprised and wanting to know what happens next.
